The Homer offence is a little silly...

The person with the disc shouts 'Homer', cueing all the other players to lie down on their side, walking their legs so as to turn in a circle (doughnut) whilst repeating 'Doh'. The last man however heads for the endzone to recieve a hammer. Intention is that the defence will be so distracted by the players lying down they will not notice the last man.
