KRACH

KRACH stands for Ken's Ratings for American College Hockey and is "a sophisticated statistical model for determining the relative strength of one team to another". It is an algorithm designed to address some of the shortcomings of RPI and is the foundation for the RRI algorithm used by the UPA. It is designed to help rank teams that have never played each other by weighing their accomplishments against common opponents.
