The Manitoba Organization of Disc Sports (MODS) is a recreational ultimate frisbee league played in Winnipeg.
There are currently around 160 teams participating in this league with the number of registered players increasing 10% each year.

The League follows the UPA's most update rules including footblocks. Teams are placed in divisions, ranging A through F, with A being the most competitive.

MODS planned and partially funded the construction of Ultimate fields at Maple Grove Park, the second dedicated ultimate facility in Canada.
