[edit] League Play

The League follows the UPA's most update rules including footblocks. Teams are placed in divisions, ranging A through F, with A being the most competitive.

[edit] Fields

MODS planned and partially funded the construction of Ultimate fields at Maple Grove Park, the second dedicated ultimate facility in Canada.
