Mustard is the Open Ultimate team for Norwich and Norfolk in the UK.

Mustard was founded in the October of 2005 to provide Ultimate opportunities for the non-student population of Norwich and Norfolk who were ineligible to play for the already established Aye-Aye Student Team based at the University of East Anglia. Mustard strive to play ultimate at a high level, and though they are no Clapham or Fire, they are always looking to improve with theme-based practices and a significant portion of practice dedicated to fitness and endurance. Their first outdoor season saw them performing well, placing 24th at Mixed Tour 2006 and 14th in the B-Tour at BritOpen 2006. Mustard pride themselves on their spirit, having been granted the Spirit Award twice in the 2006 season (Mixed Tour 2 and BritOpen). Mustard play Open and Mixed Ultimate both indoors and outdoors.
