Outside-In
From Ultipedia
(Redirected from OI)
Outside-In or OI describes a disc's flight path when the path curves from the sideline of the field back to the centre. An OI throw is released with the outside edge angled up. A right-handed handler throwing an forehand OI would curve the disc to their left, whereas a OI backhand would curve to the thrower's right. The opposite is Inside-Out or IO.
