Rodneys Rating Index

Rodney's Rating Index (aka RRI) Set up and maintained by Rodney Jacobson*, RRI is a statistical method for estimating a team's strength relative to others based on a variety of factors (win ratio, difficulty of opposition, etc..) A reasonable alternate interpretation of the acronym would be Relative Ranking Index. According to the UPA, RRI is (or is based on) KRATCH ( which is based on Rating Percentage Index - aka RPI.)
