On wikipedia convention has been to name this article Frisbee and redirect from flying disc. Should it be the other way around here? What do you guys think? Themindset 17:00, 3 August 2006 (MST)

My preference would be to focus the definition on flying disc or even just disc (since this is a disc sport focused wiki), but I can also appreciate a certain amount of cheek in using the term frisbee within the other entries.

What about putting the main definition in (flying) disc, but instead of having a redirect for frisbee perhaps have an entry explaining the trademark status but witha prominent link to disc for further definition ? What's the preferred style for this kind of thing ? is it typica to put in redirects and have only one definition, or are smaller, contextual definitions more appropriate ? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ivar (talk • contribs) .
