University of Ottawa
While teams have been entered in the CUUC prior to 2004 under the banner of uOttawa, the University of Ottawa Ultimate teams were officially established and recognized by the administration in the fall of 2004, receiving "Competitive Club" status along side other sports such as Baseball, Water Polo, and Rowing, to name a few.
The University of Ottawa Gee-Gees have entered a team in the CUUC yearly since 2004. In 2004 the school entered only a women's team, but has entered both a women's and open team every year since then.
The Gee-Gees Women are the 2006 Canadian University Ultimate Champions. On October 15, 2006 they defeated McGill in the final 7-5. They were undefeated in the tournament.
